AquaDivert® Pump Kit Version

(Tap + Strainer + Pump + 10m Pump hose

Not suitable for tile roofs using high pressure on tiles created to much grit and sand will damage ball shut off valve.

The AquaDivert® Pump Kit Version is designed for controlled water diversion applications where cleaner water with minimal debris is expected.

This version includes a fitted isolation tap, pump, and 10m pump hose. The isolation tap allows the drain water flow to be temporarily shut off before the pump, making it easier and safer to remove the pump for cleaning, maintenance, or inspection.

After the pump has been cleaned or serviced, it can be reinstalled and the tap reopened to restore normal flow and continue water diversion.

(Not recommended for grit sand or heavy sediment)

Includes

✅1x AquaDivert®

✅1x ball valve isolation tap

✅1x adapter ring for larger outlets 76-110mm

✅1x bilge pump

✅1x 10m pump discharge hose

✅1x instructions

Best suited for:

  • Cleaner drain water applications

  • Areas with low to moderate debris

  • Users wanting easier pump access and maintenance

  • Situations where controlled flow shut-off is beneficial

  • Tap must be turned to the fully open position when in use to prevent premature valve damage

Pump info

In most applications, the bilge pump is only required towards the end of the job to remove remaining water and empty the drainage lines. The system is designed to allow users to manage and divert water efficiently without needing the pump to operate continuously throughout the entire process.

The supplied bilge pumps are a cost-effective solution selected for the nature of water diversion work. As runoff water can contain dirt, sediment and debris that may cause pump wear or damage over time, we recommend using economical pumps where practical. This allows pumps to be replaced cost-effectively when required rather than exposing expensive high-end pumps to harsh site conditions.

Pump may sometimes arrive in a different shipment depending on stock quantity on hand

Gravity Flow Capability

In some installations, the AquaDivert® system may allow water to naturally gravity feed through the drainage system due to the height difference between the downpipes and the discharge point.

In these situations, the pump may only be required at the end of the job to remove any remaining water or assist with final drainage.

This can help reduce pump running time, minimise wear on the pump, and provide a more efficient water diversion solution.

Note: Gravity flow performance will depend on site conditions, including height difference, drainage layout, hose positioning, and water flow levels.

Important Safety & Usage Information

For safe and effective operation, AquaDivert® should always be used responsibly and monitored during use.

We recommend using additional backup measures such as suitable sandbags and/or a pump system where required, especially when first becoming familiar with the product or when managing higher water flows.

Always monitor AquaDivert® during operation.

Always use the supplied rope and designated anchor point.

Never remove the AquaDivert®, hose, or connected equipment while water remains in the system.

Always ensure all hoses and water lines are completely emptied before disconnecting or removing equipment.

Users must assess their own site conditions, water flow, and risks before operation.

AquaDivert® is designed as a water diversion aid and should be used as part of a suitable water management process.
